Delivery/Pick up Options

Deliver and pick up from a secluded porch, side gate, or garage (No need for anyone to be there but this needs to be a secure area not visible to the street). Full-size cribs excluded
Deliver to a front desk or security office.
Arrange one of our time windows with your local contact person or property manager. (Not applicable for hotels orders)

We will arrange to meet you at your baggage terminal ramp, curbside or cell phone lot just have your cell phone at hand so we can reach you while traveling.
Note: Airport orders entail a custom courier to meet you at your specific times of arrival and departure.

Touch down at the San Juan airport and let our friendly staff bring a car seat right to you, installed in your rental car. Or, if needing something for the resort, we can also bring cribs and other items straight there and set it up to be used for the duration of your trip. This allows you the convenience of leaving any of your own bulky gear at home to streamline your vacation in Puerto Rico with the whole family.
