- If your hotel requires in-person delivery or pickup, we’ll contact you to coordinate. Otherwise, items will be left at the front desk or bell storage.

Self-Pickup Offered
- Self-pickup: Available at two residential home office sites.
- Flexible hours, no fee.

Airport Delivery Offered

- LAX: Los Angeles International Airport
- We meet you at your car rental agency, curbside or cell phone lot at your scheduled arrival and departure. We monitor flights for delays.
- Service Hours: 8am–8pm daily. Fee: $45 - $70
