Delivery and pickup windows vary by location and will be shown as you complete your reservation.
⏰ Simply select the time windows that best fit your travel schedule during checkout.✔ If you need a more specific time, choose the closest time block and add details in the additional instructions section during checkout.i We’ll always do our best to accommodate specific timing requests with advance notice, based on our delivery routes and scheduling.iDepending on your service type, you may choose options like contact-free delivery (porch, side gate, or secure area) or coordinating directly with your local contact.iYour local contact phone number will be provided in your confirmation email and will stay in communication with you for smooth delivery and pickup.iSome hotels require guests to be present for delivery and do not allow items to be left with bell services. In these cases, we’ll coordinate directly with you to meet at a convenient time.✔ You won’t be left waiting — our team stays in contact and works with you to narrow timing as much as possible.iFor vacation rentals, we can often work around check-in and check-out times by coordinating with the property manager, cleaning crew, or using a secure area around the home.iPlease ensure the property manager is aware of your rental and delivery arrangements.⚠ If items are left in a secure outdoor area, we recommend taping a note that says “Baby Gear Rental — Will Be Picked Up” to avoid confusion with cleaning crews.i Delivery options and time windows may vary by city. - Can I make changes to my order?

Need to make a change to your order? We make it easy.
???? You can log into your account to make updates up to 48 hours before your delivery date.???? Within 48 hours of delivery, all changes must be called in to your local provider using the number in your confirmation email.???? If your rental is already in progress, all changes must also be handled directly through your local provider.✉ After any updates are made, you will receive a revised confirmation email with your changes.i All order changes are subject to availability.
- Can i pick up my own equipment?

Most baby equipment rental companies do not operate traditional storefronts, but many of our locations offer convenient self pick-up and drop-off options.
✔ Self pick-up is typically available from a local home office or storage location.???? There is no delivery fee for self pick-up orders.⚠ Self pick-up is not available for full-size cribs or Snoo rentals.???? To check availability in your area, enter your delivery location and dates on the homepage or select your city from the Locations page.???? If available, the self pick-up option will appear during checkout, along with the pickup location details.⏰ Pickup and drop-off times are typically very flexible, and we’ll work with your schedule whenever possible.Self pick-up is a great option if you’re looking to save on delivery fees while still enjoying the same quality equipment.
- Can you install car seats?

For safety and liability reasons, we are unable to install car seats.
✔ Most car seats include labels or basic guidance, and full instructions can typically be found online by searching the model.???? YouTube can be a great resource for step-by-step visual tutorials on installing your specific car seat model.???? Many local fire stations or certified technicians can also assist with proper installation if needed.We always recommend reviewing installation guidelines carefully to ensure your child’s safety.
- Can you pick it up from a location different than the original delivery location?

Need your items picked up at a different location than delivery? In many cases, we can accommodate this within the same metro area.
iPickup must be within the same city/metro area. We’re unable to transfer rentals between different cities.✔ As you move through checkout, you’ll be able to enter a different pickup address if needed.iAdditional fees may apply depending on the distance between locations.⚠ This service is not available for full-size cribs or Snoo rentals.iIf a crib needs to be transferred within the same area, additional fees will apply. Full-Size cribs and snoos cannot be transferred by the guest.⏰ Please ensure someone is available during your scheduled delivery and pickup windows. If service cannot be completed, a rescheduling fee may apply.We’ll always do our best to coordinate everything and keep the process as smooth as possible.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change — especially when traveling with little ones. Below is a clear breakdown of our standard cancellation policy and our optional Peace-of-Mind Guarantee.
1How Cancellation Timing Is Calculated
All cancellation windows are based on the start time of your selected delivery window. For example, if your delivery window is 8–11 AM, the cancellation window is based on 8:00 AM. If your delivery window is 12–3 PM, it is based on 12:00 PM.
✓Peace-of-Mind Guarantee
Traveling with little ones can be unpredictable. Add our Peace-of-Mind Guarantee during checkout and cancel for any reason — no questions asked — up to 24 hours before the start time of your selected delivery window.
With the Peace-of-Mind Guarantee, eligible cancellations receive:
✓Full refund of rental items
✓Full refund of eligible delivery fees
✓No cancellation or processing fees
Important: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of your selected delivery window to be eligible for a refund under the Peace-of-Mind Guarantee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery window start time, or after delivery has occurred, are not eligible for a refund under the Peace-of-Mind Guarantee and will follow the standard cancellation policy.
The Peace-of-Mind Guarantee fee itself is non-refundable and must be added at the time of booking.
2Standard Cancellation Policy
✓Before confirmation: Orders canceled before being confirmed will receive a full refund.
✓More than 72 hours before delivery: Confirmed orders canceled more than 72 hours before the start time of the selected delivery window will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
✓Within 72 to 24 hours of delivery: Orders canceled within 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the start time of the selected delivery window will be charged 50% of the rental product total or the local minimum order amount, whichever is greater, plus a $25 processing fee.
✓Within 24 hours of delivery: Orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
3Last-Minute Reservations
Orders placed within 24 hours of the start time of the selected delivery window are considered last-minute reservations. Because preparation, routing, and equipment allocation may begin immediately, these orders are non-refundable once confirmed and are not eligible for the Peace-of-Mind Guarantee.
4Partial Cancellations
Partial cancellations within 72 hours of the start time of the selected delivery window are subject to the same policy. The 50% charge applies to any items removed from the order.
5Delivery & Refund Terms
✓Delivery fees: Delivery fees are fully refundable for cancellations made prior to delivery, as long as the order remains eligible for a refund under the cancellation terms above.
✓Once an order becomes non-refundable under the terms outlined above, including cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery window start time, delivery fees are not refundable.
✓Delivery is considered complete once items have arrived at the scheduled delivery location or have been made available according to the selected delivery method, including front desk, concierge, porch drop, or designated secure area.
✓Once delivery has occurred, or the rental period has begun, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the order, including unused items or early termination.
6Items Already Provided at Your Destination
If you arrive at your hotel, vacation rental, residence, or destination and discover that some of the rented items are already provided, refunds cannot be issued. We recommend confirming what items are available at your destination before placing your order.

- Do you deliver to airports?

Traveling through the airport? We make pickup and drop-off simple by meeting you right at your arrival and departure.
✈ We can meet you at your rental car area, curbside, or designated airport meeting location (varies by city).iSimply provide your flight details and timing during checkout — we’ll coordinate the rest.iWe monitor flight delays and stay in communication with you to adjust timing as needed.iYou’ll receive your local contact number in your confirmation email for easy communication on arrival day.✔ In some locations, service may also be available at airport cell phone lots.iAirport deliveries are custom-timed services, so additional fees may apply depending on location and timing.⚠ Full-size cribs and Snoos are not available for airport delivery.i To check airport availability in your area, visit your city page or proceed through checkout to view available delivery options.

- How does payment work and what forms of payment do you accept?

A valid credit card is required to place your order and reserve your rental dates.
iYou may see a pending transaction on your account, but your card is not fully charged until your order is reviewed and confirmed.✔ If your order cannot be confirmed, the pending authorization will not be completed.↺ If changes are made to your order, any additional charges or credits will be applied to the card on file.✔ We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

iAs soon as your travel plans are set, you can reserve your equipment online in just a few minutes.☀ During peak seasons (holidays and summer), we recommend booking several weeks in advance.✔ During quieter times, 1–2 weeks’ notice is typically sufficient.⚡ Need something sooner? We’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.Booking early helps ensure availability, especially for high-demand items like full-size cribs and popular strollers.
- What about damages/ lost or stolen products?

We take great care in providing clean, safe, and well-maintained equipment. To keep everything in excellent condition for all families, we ask that items are returned as received.
⚠ Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items.✔ Items must be returned with all parts and accessories, in proper working condition.???? Any repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the card on file.i We are unable to insure rental equipment against damage, loss, or theft.???? To help keep items clean, please avoid food and leaky bottles around rental equipment (except when using high chairs).???? If you need to move a full-size crib, please contact your local provider in advance using the number in your confirmation email.???? For porch deliveries, please ensure there is a safe and secure area at your location.???? For hotels, we recommend tagging items with your name and noting the name of the staff member who receives them.???? For vacation rentals (e.g., Airbnb), please ensure the property manager is aware of your rental.???? For strollers and other items left unattended, we recommend using a small cable lock for added security. - What if I have a last-minute order?

⚡ Most rush orders are reviewed quickly — often within just a few hours.✉ You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is approved — this means your order is fully confirmed.iKeep an eye on your email, as confirmations are often sent within 1–2 hours.iIf there are any issues due to short notice, we’ll reach out promptly by phone, text, or email — and you will not be charged if we’re unable to fulfill your request.i All orders are subject to availability. Your order is only confirmed once you receive your confirmation email.
- What is the delivery & minimum order rates?

Delivery rates are based on distance and typically start at around $15.
iAll delivery rates include both delivery and pickup.✈ Airport deliveries are custom orders scheduled around your arrival and departure times, so they are typically higher.✔ If self pick-up and drop-off are available in your area, there is no delivery charge.i Exact delivery rates will be shown during checkout after you select your delivery and pickup options.
Minimum order amounts vary by location and typically start at around $40.
iFinal minimums are based on your delivery destination and will be shown during checkout.✔ You’re welcome to place an order below the minimum — the applicable minimum rate for your area will simply apply.iSome locations also have a 3-day minimum order amount.⚠ For rentals under 3 days, orders are limited to a maximum of 2 items.This helps ensure availability and service quality for short-term reservations.
- When does my rental term begin and end?

Our rentals are billed on a per-night basis, starting on your delivery day.
• Start date: The day your items are delivered• End date: The day your items are picked up↺ Need items early in the morning? Select delivery for the day before.↺ Need them later in the day? Select pickup for the following day.✈ Self pick-up and airport deliveries follow more specific timing and may work a bit differently. If available in your area, those options will appear in your shopping cart.
i Most locations have a 3-day minimum order amount. You’re welcome to rent for fewer days, but the minimum rate will still apply.
